We’re so happy for our friend Jennifer Hughes, who recently opened a gorgeous photography studio in Baltimore. Jennifer is an amazing wedding + children’s photographer. Fifteen foot ceilings, bright white walls + floor to ceiling windows – it doesn’t get any better than that! I can’t wait to take my Mini Monster for her first photo session next month!
Spring has officially sprung and wedding season is upon us! We’re feeling inspired by soft spring colors, spring flowers (fluffy peonies are a favorite) and long + sunny days. We can’t wait to see our clients spring inspired weddings come to life. Stay tuned!

We love any opportunity to host a party and Easter is the perfect holiday to celebrate the arrival of spring! We like to keep decor classic + simple for holiday gatherings. White tulips make the loveliest floral arrangement and work well with any color palette. We also love the use of natural elements like wooden farm tables and burlap runners. Add a punch of color with bowls of brightly dyed Easter eggs and your table is set! Happy Easter to our lovely readers!

There was a day when mixing prints was considered faux pas. No longer! Print mixing is quickly becoming a bold trend and we’re loving it. We found inspiration for our space at the Washingtonian Unveiled Event in various prints + patterns and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Why not opt for a patterned table runner mixed with various printed napkins or bright pillows in an otherwise neutral space? Prints + patterns are a perfect way to make a stylish statement with your wedding decor.

Looking through Liz + Andras’ photos brings back so many happy memories. They’re such a special couple and were a complete joy to work with. I love when the groom is involved in the planning.
